Founder and CEO

Vipul Kohli

Vipul Kohli, a 1999 graduate in Business Administration from Richmond University, London, embarked on a transformative journey within the family business, encompassing Bulk Material Handling, Civil Construction, and Water Treatment Plants.

In 2012, he ventured into the realm of Institutional and Event Catering, achieving remarkable success through partnerships with esteemed entities such as Times of India and Mahindra & Mahindra.

Joining Ambuja Neotia Group in 2017, Vipul spearheaded their logistics arm, securing and managing significant contracts with industry leaders like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, TATA, and more. He was subsequently entrusted with overseeing a segment of the Hospitality business, responsible for the widespread operations of UNO Bar & Grill and Tea Junction, with branches spanning across India.

Further enhancing his expertise, Vipul completed a Diploma in Culinary Arts from the renowned City & Guilds University, London, via TEDCO.

In 2021, he unveiled a Cloud Kitchen & Catering venture, launching the celebrated BARAAT brand. With prime investor Riju Jhunjhunwala (LNJ Bhilwara Group), the company expanded its horizons, introducing additional brands like Bazaar and Asia Central, catering to diverse Indian and International Cuisines.

Highlighting his commitment to offering unparalleled experiences, Vipul recently introduced The Canvas Farms in Chattarpur—a prestigious banqueting venue destined to host luxury weddings and exquisite gatherings.

Completed her graduation from London in 2013 Has more than 9+ years of experience in Hospitality, Interiors & Events, Anna joined Clove Hospitality in 2022 to head the Asia Central business vertical for the company. Having successfully done the same she is now involved with mostly all other activities including Marketing, Baraat Catering and spearheads the new verticals of Healthcare and gifting (Ikigai).

Completed his graduation in BA (H) Economics from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, Delhi University in 2020.   Having more than 4+ years of experience as Marketing head and is skilled in the field of Digital Marketing and Visual Communication.  He heads the marketing and social media department for all brands under Clove Hospitality Pvt Ltd.

Riju Jhunjhunwala

Riju Jhunjhunwala began his career at RSWM Ltd, part of the LNJ Bhilwara group, in 2000. He worked closely with factory employees, gaining a deep understanding of the business and respect for the family enterprise. In his eight years of leadership, RSWM grew nearly fourfold to achieve a top-line of Rs. 2,000cr. Riju also took on the role of Managing Director at Bhilwara Energy Ltd, overseeing hydroelectric and wind energy operations. He manages service businesses like Bhilwara Infotech Ltd and LNJ Skills, which focuses on skill development across India. The LNJ Bhilwara group, now valued at $1.5bn, operates in various industries. Riju is known for his ability to inspire and foster positive discussions among employees. He has held positions in industry and social associations, including serving as the youngest president of the Delhi Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization at the age of 30.
